Blog 23: 2014 Interview


1.  Who did you interview and what house are they in?

2.  What ideas do you have for your senior project and why?

I was planing on having my senior project on criminology or forensics because I find them to be fascinating.

3.  What do you plan to do for your summer 10 hour mentorship experience?


I plan to go to a police station and have them tell me more about the topic as well as help find where I needed to be placed.

4.  What do you hope to see or expect to see in watching the 2013 2-hour presentations?

I want to see how they organized the project and how the final out comes in to place.

5.  What questions do you have that I can answer about senior year or senior project (or what additional information did you tell them about senior year or senior project)?

  • She had no questions but she wanted to wait and see how the year would progress.

(1) What is the best way a seamstress can create a "Gorgeous Wedding Dress"?
(2) From your past experience, what are something things that have gone wrong when you were creating a dress and how have you learned from it?
(3) What tricks have you learned for making the dress that you continue to use?
(4) Do you think it is important to know how to run a business, to know how to make a profit for custom dresses?
(5) How do you come up with prices on the custom dresses so you make a profit yet the bride isn't paying to much?
(6) Do you it it is better in the price budget of a bride, to buy custom or store bought?
(7) For custom dresses, what is the most cost making?
(8) When making the dresses is there a embellishment that you think works best with wedding dresses?
(9) Can you describe the differences in embellishment and trims?
(10) What is the most efficient way to put trim/ embellishment on the dress so it stays?

Interview Preparation

1. Who I Plan To Interview
   
      I plan to interview my summer mentor because she was the first to show me about the graphic art and animation, she also help with the video game maker Maya. I also know her well and it would be great to start and get the feel of how the interview works or should work when I do it with others.

     1. What is your favourite part of working with graphic art developmental? 
     2. Was this something that you had planned from like high school or something that you deiced to    do as you got older?
     3. Is it something that you plan to do after retirement like a hobby?
